What this website collects
When you submit an enquiry, we collect the contact details and planning information you provide: your name, email, optional phone and organisation, audience, interests, timing, location and any planning note. We also record your contact choices, submission reference and time, and website referral parameters supplied with the enquiry.
How it is used
Pamumvuri uses the enquiry to respond, prepare a proposal, coordinate an agreed service and track follow-up. Programme updates require the separate optional checkbox. You can ask us to stop those updates at any time.
Who can access it
Requests are stored in the website’s hosted database, with an access-controlled inbox for the authorised Pamumvuri account. The hosting service processes this information to operate the website. Information may be processed outside Zimbabwe. Contact details are not sold or automatically supplied to sponsors. Any provider or partner introduction requires a separate agreement with you.
Keep sensitive information out of the form
This is a programme and booking enquiry form. Do not submit medical histories, diagnoses, assessment scores, identity documents or confidential information about other people. Personal wellbeing reflections are not collected here. People under 18 should ask a parent, guardian or authorised organisation representative to enquire.
Storage and security
Your service shortlist is stored only in this browser and can be removed by deselecting services or clearing site data. Contact details are not saved in browser storage. The site uses short-lived hashed network identifiers to limit repeated form submissions; these are not used for marketing.
Enquiries are retained to manage the request and relevant follow-up. You can request correction or deletion; records needed for an agreed service or applicable obligations may need to be retained. Optional updates can be stopped independently of a booking.
WhatsApp and email
WhatsApp and email links open services you choose to use. A prepared WhatsApp message is not sent automatically. Their own privacy terms apply when you use them.
